Once you know your customer, and understand who they are and what they’re looking to accomplish, the next step is the Act component of our Know-Act-Measure process.
Each account in Kapta has a PLAN tab, designed to help you create and implement action plans that further your customer’s goals, and meet your internal goals as well.

You can formulate plans from scratch, consisting of goals, objectives, actions, and tasks, or you can start with one of Kapta’s pre-populated plan templates.
Actions and tasks can be assigned to various team members, and all account contributors can easily see who is responsible for which task, as well as due dates and status.

The account’s NOTES tab is your collaboration hub, enabling the team to stay up-to-date on account-related actions, meetings, calls, emails, tasks, and documents.
