To measure the success of your action plans, it’s important to perform regular checks of specific KPIs.
We work with you to determine which metrics serve as the best indicators of success for your types of customers, and we also configure the interface between Kapta and external sources of metric data.
For each account, the top four metrics are listed in the Metrics section of the DETAILS tab, color-coded to indicate KPI health when comparing metric data to target data. The administrator can set up an unlimited number of metrics, determine how each is presented and scored, and set editing permissions for values and targets.

You can display a list of all account metrics, and drill into each one to see its performance over time.
