Measure: Team Success

In addition to health scores and customer metrics, your team success is another way to track internal performance. Kapta provides three snapshots of how teams and team members are performing:

The Team page displays the status of only your team.

The Team Dashboard presents an at-a-glance status of a team’s overall account health, announcements, tasks, and documents.

The Team Activity page presents a graphical breakdown of each team’s activities and actions.
