Our KAM Process, which stands for Know - Act - Measure, is the process by which Kapta helps you stay on top of all components of an account.

Know is the first piece of the puzzle. When setting up an account, the DETAILS tab should contain everything you know about the customer: key metrics, contracts and opportunities, SWOT analysis and answer to VOC questions, and Key Players and Contacts.

By giving Kapta the most complete picture of what you know, you’ll be well positioned for the Act step of the process, which is formulating an action plan. Detailed in the PLAN tab, the action plan consists of goals, objectives, and actions, both designed to meet your customer’s strategic goals, but also the goals of your company.

Once the action plan is implemented, the final step of Measure can occur. This involves investigating metrics to make sure the customer goals, as well as your goals, are being met.
