Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are a crucial component of the Know-Act-Measure process. By presenting updates on the benefits of your product, gathering feedback, and taking actions toward success for the following quarter, you can help ensure strong relationships with your customers and give your accounts the greatest possibility of success moving forward.
The QBR Management System assists you in organizing and managing your QBRs, providing continuity from one QBR to the next, and making sure your QBRs are as effective and beneficial as they can possibly be.
Found in the DETAILS tab of an account, the QBRs can be managed by the account manager or contributor.

The list on the QBRs tab is the gateway for managing all QBRs for the account, allowing you to manage the current QBR or view the details of a prior QBR.
By viewing the QBR Details, you'll be able to see notes, agenda items, a preparation checklist, tasks, and a list of invited contacts. Once the QBR is completed, you can also view comments, special risks and opportunities, attendees, and a QBR Rating identifying the success of that particular QBR.
Many QBR items, such as a default agenda, checklist, and QBR Rating details, are set up by the administrator.
