The SWOT analysis in an account is a crucial part of the Know component of our Know-Act-Measure process. An accurate analysis of a customer’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats, puts you in the best position to formulate the most appropriate action plan.
Found in the DETAILS tab of an account, the SWOT analysis can be completed by the account manager or contributor.

Strength and Weakness are internally focused, analyzing the positive things that keep your relationship with the customer strong, and any negatives that may be harming the relationship or customer satisfaction.
Opportunity and Threat are externally focused, analyzing what makes the customer strong or weak among competitors in the customer’s own market.
