Accessing Kapta Coaching

• Portfolio-level dashboard
• Accounts list view (for filtered accounts)

Note: This feature must be enabled by your administrator.

Understanding Coaching Tips

Each coaching tip includes:

• Title and Description: Concise summary of the issue
• Expandable Details: Reveals Kapta's specific advice when clicked
• Suggested Actions: May include emailing, scheduling meetings, updating proposals, or creating tasks
• Resources: Some tips include templates or tools (like email templates) to resolve issues quickly

Example Coaching Triggers

Kapta may generate coaching tips when:

• A SWOT analysis becomes outdated
• No contact notes have been recorded within a set timeframe
• Contact relationship activities are missing
• Account data needs updating
• Opportunity forecasted close date is past-due

Managing Coaching Tips
