What is the Kapta Dashboard?
The Kapta Dashboard serves as your "home base" while using the Kapta platform. It provides a centralized location to access key information and manage activities related to your accounts and contacts.
How to Access the Dashboard
Access the Kapta Dashboard by:
- Signing into your Kapta account
- Clicking "dashboard" on the left menu
Key Dashboard Features
Data Filtering
- By default, the dashboard displays data for all accounts
- Use the filter dropdown to view:
- All accounts
- Only your accounts
- Accounts where you are an owner or contributor
- Important: Filters remain active until manually reset
- If data appears incorrect or incomplete, check your current filter settings
Dashboard Tabs
Home Tab
- Recent Accounts: Quick access to accounts you've been working on recently
- Recent Contacts: View contacts with communication dates/times
- Calendar: Displays upcoming events (tasks, actions, QBRs)
- Tasks Section: Lists assigned tasks with sorting and filtering options
- My Actions: View and manage your action items
Accounts Tab
- Accounts Engagement: Chart tracking account notes by value and health score
- Accounts: Displays accounts with most/least recent activity and health scores
- Metrics: Shows top four metrics across filtered accounts with targets
- Opportunities: Summarizes potential earnings at each sales pipeline stage
Overview Tab (Administrators Only)
- System-wide data on Kapta users
- Sort users by name, number of accounts, activity, or contract value
- View user metrics related to account health, contracts, opportunities, and more
Right Side Panel Features
Kapta Coaching
- AI-generated suggestions for improving account health
- Expand suggestions to see recommended actions and links
- Suggestions can be dismissed if not relevant
Portfolio Activity
- Lists recent activities across accounts included in your current filter
- Each activity links directly to its relevant location within the corresponding account
Quick Actions
Task Management
- Add quick tasks directly from the Tasks section
- Each task has an edit icon for quick updates
- Mark tasks as complete from the dashboard
Action Management
- Add action tasks from the My Actions section
- Use the edit icon for quick updates
- Click an action to access more comprehensive editing options
