When in the NOTES tab of an account, the Add a New Note (Quick) link appears at the top.
The same link appears when a key player or contact profile is open, at the top of the contact’s Notes section.
The quick note format can be used to dash off a simple sentence or two, but you can access the complete note functionality by clicking the link at the bottom of the Quick Note.
